Miniature Shaker Chest of Drawers#43-4 (4 drawer) or #43-5 (5 drawer) 3 1/2" x 1 3/4" deep x 3 1/4" high This lovely little chest is representative of many different pieces found among the best of Shaker furniture. The four drawers are each a different size offering a pleasing balance to the eye with the heaviest at the bottom giving a visual sense of solidity.. The base is a detail often found in both cases and chests and allows cleaning under the piece as well as an elegant support.
