Arguably the most beautiful piece ever made by the Shakers, this glass door cabinet was built by Brother Henry Green about 1880 in the Alfred, Ct. Community and brought to Sabbath day Lake in 1883, where it still sits today. This reproduction is as close as one might expect to get to the authentic feel and dimen- sion of the original. Finished in Butternut and Walnut wood tones with seeded glass doord above andsix dovetailed working drawers behind the lower doors. A true delight to the collectors eye. |
